Founder and head trainer of SoCal Bite Club, Neil Soderstrom has built a reputation for developing powerful, balanced dogs through precision, clarity, and relationship-based training.
A professional decoy and NePoPo® Gold & Silver Certified Trainer, Neil combines the science of learning with real-world application to bring out each dog’s full potential. His approach blends pressure with purpose, building confident, thinking dogs that perform with control and intent.
As a Training Without Conflict® Mastery student, Neil continues to push the boundaries of modern training methods while mentoring the next generation of handlers and trainers through SoCal Bite Club. His leadership and vision drive the club’s mission: developing strong, capable dogs and equally capable humans behind the leash.

Terri Soderstrom is the backbone of SoCal Bite Club’s operations and community. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep passion for dogs, she ensures every part of the client experience, from communication to care, runs with precision and heart.
Terri’s approach is rooted in connection. She bridges the gap between clients, trainers, and the dogs themselves, helping each team feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their journey. Her calm professionalism, leadership, and compassion have made her an integral part of SoCal Bite Club’s success and family culture.
Behind the scenes or out in the field, Terri’s dedication to excellence and her genuine love for what the club stands for keep SoCal Bite Club moving forward with purpose every day.
Mikayla brings a powerful mix of science, structure, and heart to SoCal Bite Club. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she approaches every dog-human relationship with a deep understanding of how learning, communication, and motivation work on both ends of the leash.
She believes that real progress happens when both the dog and the handler grow together, emphasizing trust, clarity, and consistency in every session. Her goal is to create balanced, confident teams built on mutual understanding rather than just commands and corrections.
Driven by curiosity and a hunger for growth, Mikayla continues to expand her skillset as a dedicated student of STSK9 and an active member of the SoCal Bite Club training team.
Alannah Roberts brings heart, precision, and passion to the SoCal Bite Club family. Her journey with dogs started young; she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian at 12, but quickly discovered her true calling on the hands-on side of animal care and training.
Today, Alannah channels that same lifelong love for animals into helping dogs and their owners build strong, reliable relationships through structure, consistency, and trust. She’s known for her calm approach, high attention to detail, and ability to bring out the best in every dog she works with — from foundational obedience to advanced training and behavior shaping.
At SoCal Bite Club, Alannah continues to grow her impact by working alongside a team of dedicated, like-minded professionals who share her commitment to developing dogs with clarity, purpose, and heart.

With hands-on experience volunteering at the Bonita Shelter, Bella has worked with a wide range of breeds and temperaments, building a solid foundation in behavioral understanding, patience, and discipline. Under the mentorship of SoCal Bite Club, she’s developed a balanced approach that focuses on confidence, structure, and clear communication.
Recently earning her first decoy certification, Bella is continuing her path toward becoming a fully certified decoy and professional dog trainer. Her focus is on building confidence in both the dog and the handler—helping owners step into leadership with clarity and compassion while guiding dogs toward stability and trust.
For Bella, training is about more than obedience; it’s about transformation. When the handler understands the dog, and the dog begins to understand the world around them, everything changes. Driven and curious, she’s committed to creating purpose and giving every dog, especially the underdogs, a chance to stand tall.

Keira Soderstrom plays a key role in supporting SoCal Bite Club’s training operations and client coordination. With a natural understanding of dogs and a patient, observant approach, she assists in daily training routines and ensures each dog’s needs are met with care and consistency.
Her growing experience within the program reflects her dedication to learning every aspect of dog training, from foundational obedience to handling in real-world scenarios. Keira’s reliability and steady involvement help maintain the standard of structure and professionalism that defines SoCal Bite Club.
